Hemant Kumar has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Construction Technology and Management from National Institute of Technical Teacher Training and Research, Bhopal.
